Terms of Use, Payment and Cancellation

Please review the following before using our services. Making a booking constitutes agreement to these terms.

1. About the Therapy

• Ema Sound Therapy is not a medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Results and experiences vary from person to person. The therapy does not guarantee improvement of any specific symptom or disease.
• If you have health concerns, please prioritize seeing a medical professional.

2. Booking

• By appointment only. Please contact us by phone or email.
• If you have metal in your body (such as surgical implants) or take medication regularly, please tell us when booking.
• Pregnant clients are welcome; please consult us beforehand if you have any concerns.

3. Fees and Payment

• All prices are in US dollars.
• First Visit: Counseling + Session (120 min): $300
• Regular Session (90 min): $270
• Trial Session (30 min): $50
• Payment methods: Venmo, PayPal, cash, and check are accepted.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Please contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule.
• There is no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Notice given within 24 hours of the appointment is charged 50% of the fee.
• A no-show without notice is charged the full fee.
• In unavoidable circumstances, such as sudden illness, please consult us.

5. Appointment Time

Sessions begin at the booked time. Please allow plenty of time to arrive. If you will be late, please let us know by phone or email. Depending on arrival time, the session may need to be shortened.
